Catalog customers are protected for the dealer (for catalog sales only). Once a customer has ordered using his customer number (your ZO Number), all future orders for that customer will be under your number (even if he picks up another catalog with a different ZO number)! Retail Catalog orders, to date, have averaged $70.00 per order!
